Poll: Race for Armenian Parliament still entirely open!
Today, European Friends of Armenia publishes the results of its poll titled "Poll: A Snapshot of Pre-Electoral Armenia". The poll was conducted by Institute for Political and Sociological Consulting (IPSC) and EuFoA, with international polling company TNS opinion providing extensive quality control and supervision. The fieldwork was conducted between 29 February and 5 March 2012.

On 27 February, the Foreign Affairs Council of the EU defined the framework for the EU's relations with the South Caucasus for the near future. The Council of the European Union is the EU's highest foreign policy body, convening on Foreign Minister level.
