On July 22 in Brussels Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian took part in the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the EU and Eastern Partnership states, that was also attended by the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle. Parliament of Spanish autonomous community of Navarre recognises Armenian Genocide
