Interim conclusion of the Referendum Observation Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh/ Artsakh

Today, European Friends of Armenia (www.EuFoA.org) publishes its report about the referendum observation mission in Nagorno Karabakh / Artsakh Republic. New poll in Nagorno-Karabakh shows highest support for independence
